He treated my abdomen, hips, and legs with acupuncture, then released my neck and surrounding muscles with acupressure, and continued with my head, neck, back, and shoulders. He also explained how areas like the cranial and sacrum relate to the autonomic nervous system, which made the treatment even more meaningful. I really appreciated how he explained each step throughout the session—it built a lot of trust. After just 50 minutes, my body felt noticeably lighter, more relaxed, and much more balanced.
